What are your pieces made from?: 14k gold vermeil over sterling silver, 14k gold-fill, rhodium-plated sterling silver, gold-tone stainless steel and freshwater pearl. Stones are cubic zirconia or faceted glass. The exact material is listed on every product page.
Is this real gold?: No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Vermeil and gold-fill are layers of real gold over another metal — durable and long-wearing, but not solid gold. Nothing we sell is solid precious metal.
How do I choose a ring size?: Ring sizes available are listed in the details on each product page. Add the size you need in the notes field at checkout and we will match it. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Will it turn my skin green?: Our pieces are nickel-free. Vermeil and gold-fill wear well with daily use. Stainless steel styles are the most resilient and can be worn in water.
How much is shipping?: Complimentary on orders over $75. Below that, we quote shipping by email when we confirm your reservation.
How do I place an order?: Add what you want to your bag and go to checkout. You give us your delivery details and we email you to confirm availability, shipping and payment. There is no card form on this site — nothing is charged until we have spoken.
Can I return something?: Yes — 30 days, unworn and in its original packaging, for a full refund. Earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons once the packaging is opened.
