Products and descriptions
Giltopia sells fashion jewelry. Materials are described accurately on each product page as plated, filled or simulated. We do not sell solid precious metal or natural gemstones, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming otherwise.
We photograph and describe pieces as faithfully as we can. Screens vary, and freshwater pearls and natural finishes differ slightly piece to piece.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price computed by our server at checkout from our own catalog — not any figure supplied by your browser. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Submitting a reservation through this site is an offer to buy, not a completed purchase. No money is taken at that point. We confirm availability and arrange payment with you by email, and we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot verify the delivery address.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy and returns by our returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
