Where we ship

We currently ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union.

Cost

• Orders over $75: complimentary standard shipping.
• Orders under $75: quoted by email when we confirm your reservation, based on your destination.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days domestically and 7 to 14 business days internationally, once dispatched.

These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Weather, customs and peak periods can extend them.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected. If it has not arrived within 48 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Customs and duties

International orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are the recipient’s responsibility; we cannot calculate or prepay them.

Incorrect addresses

We ship to the address supplied at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us at support@giltopia.store immediately — once a parcel is dispatched we cannot redirect it.
