• Order information — your name, email, delivery address and any notes you add at checkout.
• Messages — anything you send through our contact form.
• Local storage — your bag and wishlist are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

What we do not collect

We do not take card details on this website. There is no card form and no payment gateway here. Once you send a reservation we arrange payment with you directly by email, so no card number is ever entered into or stored by this site.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

• Shipping carriers — the address needed to deliver your parcel.
• Our email provider — to send order confirmations and reply to enquiries.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal obligations. Contact messages are kept while the conversation is useful, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@giltopia.store and we will respond within 30 days.
